Early Years Teacher will report directly to the Manager/ Deputy
Manager.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach to early
childhood education and care
* Minimum Level 6 Degree in Early Childhood Education
* At least 1 years? experience in a similar role
* Computer skills ? knowledge of word & publisher
* Be a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in
building relationships with a small group of children and their
families according to the curriculum
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of working with school-aged children and preschool
children
* A child centered approach to working with children
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
* HighScope Training
* Experience working with children that are experiencing
disadvantage and children with additional needs.
